To gain more control over her concept, in 2009 Chaye launched Chayz Lounge, which began as the Adult Contemporary Internet radio station. Thanks to the millions of loyal listeners, Chayz Lounge became one of the top radio stations on the web in its genre. However, Chaye had greater plans for her brand. She envisioned an intimate brick & mortar space where smooth jazz enthusiasts could experience the best live performances. The backroom of Nonnah's restaurant provided the perfect setting and in June 2017, Chayz Lounge venue was brought to life.

Chaye knew from the beginning that she needed more space. Two years later Chayz Lounge moved and now resides 607 Meeting Street in West Columbia. Four year later and Chayz Lounge is still the premier jazz venue in the heart of West Columbia's River District.

The radio station, now known as Chayz Lounge Radio, still brings joy to music lovers across the globe. Here, Chaye presents a perfect mix of smooth jazz, soul, and classic pop music. As host of her broadcast, "Sunday Soul" Chaye takes her audience on a journey thru songs of yesterday-year. Occasionally, you're treated conversations with some of music's legends. Past guests on Chaye's show include Dionne Warwick, Paula Cole, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Gloria Loring, Jody Watley, Oleta Adams, Laurel Holloman, Eriq La Salle, Teddy Riley and many others.
